Ruth Baccam

Ruth joined the Birch Walk-In Clinic team in August 2025, bringing a warm, thoughtful presence to our front desk. With a BFA in Illustration, Art History from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Ruth combines creative problem-solving with genuine care for people. As our receptionist, she is often the first friendly voice or smiling face you’ll encounter. Ruth happily helps with scheduling appointments, answering questions about billing and insurance, and making sure your visit starts smoothly and stress-free. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail keep the clinic running seamlessly while making every client feel welcomed.
