Sarah Gustafson-dombeck, ma, LPCC, RID

Sarah has experience working with diverse populations in post secondary educational environments, and is particularly passionate about working with people who live with disabilities. Sarah earned a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Using person centered, relational and humanistic approaches, she works well with adolescents and adults. She has experience addressing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and relationship difficulties. Sarah focuses on her client’s strengths, while helping them overcome personal obstacles, and exploring areas of stress and difficulty.  She approaches her work from a social model of recognizing and honoring individual intersectionality of identities. She is fluent in American Sign Language and holds certification as sign language interpreter. Sarah is in the process of completing requirements for LPCC licensure.
