Nessa brings several years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and writing. She deeply enjoys infusing warmth and compassion into each interaction with clients. She strives to foster a welcoming environment from the minute that clients walk through the door to the minute that they leave. While working diligently to coordinate and manage scheduling, email inquiries, and phone queries, she endeavors to ensure that each client’s experience is seamless and rejuvenating. Nessa especially appreciates the peaceful and uplifting atmosphere of Birch Counseling as she is an avid advocate for emotional wellness. She is very excited to be a part of our team, and hopes that she can help cultivate an enriching and supportive space for clients and providers alike.
