Addie is passionate about exploring how best to help others realize their potential so they can discover and live up to what really matters in their lives. As an existential therapist, she encourages people to live authentically, eliciting their own creativity, humor, and insight to help them build the lives they want. She is honored to share the journey, guiding others to utilize their own strengths to find the freedom they are seeking.
Addie received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University and has a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from the University of Minnesota. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with mood disorders, drug and alcohol addictions, and severe and persistent mental illness. She also enjoys counseling related to spirituality, relationships, life transitions, and self-injury.
